Peterson Architect provides architectural and design services, based in Montréal, Québec.

We believe that architecture has the ability to improve and contribute to the quality and enjoyment of our everyday life. Our goal is not only to satisfy the needs of our clients but also to surpass their expectations in ways they never imagined.
OUR APPROACH
We approach each project as a unique opportunity to solve a creative puzzle. By first listening to and understanding our clients’ requirements, we process the information and consider building regulations, budgets, context and durability to then design a solution specific for the specific problem.

Develop program with client, existing site surveys and plans for renovation projects, site analysis, schematic sketches, preliminary design, proformas and cost analysis, documents for construction permit, documents for tender to contractors, documents for construction, coordination with municipality, coordination with engineers and other consultants, product selection and visit showrooms with clients for interior design work.
Commercial Building: Montreal
Construction Phase
Tender project to contractors, receive and review tenders with the Owner, assist Owner in contractor selections, site visits to review progress of the work and compliance with plans, coordination with the contractor, prepare progress reports, prepare change orders and review contractor application for payments, prepare deficiency list, prepare certificate of substantial completion and end of works.
Feasibility Study: Building conversion, Montreal
CONSULTING SERVICES
Feasibility studies, expertise on building techniques, code analysis National Building Code of Canada, upgrade buildings to comply to current codes and regulations, prepare BOMA chart and plans, interior design consultation on hourly basis, *consultation on the purchase and sale of real estate,
